    Carbs are fuel for your muscles you should go vegan. You'll feel great. Just need to plan out your meals, and have backup "go to meals" in case you forget. A thick banana smoothie, with raw oats and sugar works for me whenever I forget to plan. About 1500 calories. Plenty of fuel to get shit done. Cliff bars are also a meal in a bar. Have 3 or 4 of those and your set, you'll feel like you can run a marathon.

    after a carb load, when you start going into the low carb 5 day cycle, is it normal to lose a lot of weight? Is that due to loss of glycogen? Because what i noticed is that after I carb load for 2 days, then start low carbing for the next 5 days, i find that I lose a lot more weight than I want (3 pounds in that 5 day vs 1 pound). Is this due to the glycogen loss? (FYI: I am always at a 400 calorie deficit)

    Also do u gradually decrease carbs throughout the days or go straight into low carb (under 50 grams of carbs)?
