    chad I have a question. I work 12hr shift so I don't have enough time to eat or exercise how do I plan on using weight using this diet without exercising it's very hard! HELP!

    Diet Plan known as Fenoboci Diet Plan kept appearing here on different youtube videos and I thought they were scams. However after my mate follow it, and finally lost plenty of weight with it without starving herself. I'm persuaded. Don't take my word for it, search for Fenoboci Diet Plan on the google search engine.

    I was in top shape when I got pregnant at 40 years old. In the past 3 years I've been unable to lose 30 pounds – sadly – I gained weight after losing most of my baby weight. My metabolism died essentially – I worked from home and sat most of the day. I ate every left over carb snack my son left on his plate and at my largest meal at 9pm. I couldn't find the time to include exercise into our busy lives since my husband has a very challenging work schedule. It was a nightmare – each month I saw the scale go up, my energy go down, sleep issues, etc. I saw a weight loss program [Go here=== https://t.co/uP02xzzBL5 ] and thought this made sense and i would try it for 21+ days – what did I have to lose. The first week – I lost 3 pounds – and I followed the plan to the T except I wasn't used to eating as much food as I needed to. The second week I lost an additional 5 pounds but what I noticed the most was lost of inches. I'm in the middle of my third week and I'm down 2 pounds.

    Chad, I purchased your Paleo Diet Meal Plan (with the cookbook included) and I noticed you do not advise to eat beans, nuts, and seeds. However, the well-respected Dr. Joel Fuhrman highly recommends to eat beans, nuts, and seeds. He says the following about beans:

    "Beans run away with the prize for the healthiest carbohydrate choice. Beans are not merely glycemically favorable themselves, but their fermentation and probiotic effects also lower glucose absorption from other foods to the diet. These glucose-lowering benefits occur not merely in the meal that includes beans, but in later meals as well, even if they don't include beans – something that has been called the "second-meal effect". Beans have multiple benefits for favorable glycemic response, weight reduction, and protection against cancer."

    And about nuts and seeds, he says:

    "Nuts, and seeds have numerous anticancer compounds, including phytic acid and inositol pentakisphosphate (IP-5), which has shown in animal studies to inhibit tumor growth migration, and invasion and to augment NK (natural killer) cell activity. Get at least 1 ounce (1/4 cup) of raw seeds and nuts every day. In addition that, add a heaping tablespoon of ground flaxseeds or chia seeds, too; these are superfoods that can transform your health. Most of the nut and seed allotment can be used to make delicious salad dressings and dips."

    Chad, I believe you are making a mistake by not including beans, nuts, and seeds in your meal plan. In addition to Dr. Joel Fuhrman, other highly respected doctors – such as Dr. Mark Hyman, etc, – are also recommending to eat beans, nuts, and seeds. Chad, please reconsider your stance on these important food items.

    This video has good advice, but I'm confused about the best diet plan which i need to use, only because I have never taken any. Anyone tried the Fenoboci Diet Plan? I have noticed many folks talk about incredible things about Fenoboci Diet Plan.

    Nice Video! Sorry for butting in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you ever tried – Sayerdsan Delicious Paleo Secret (search on google)? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my BF after a lifetime of fighting said ta ta to the frustrating thigh fat stress with the easy Paleo recipes it gives you.

    Excellent Video! Apologies for chiming in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you tried – Sayerdsan Delicious Paleo Secret (just google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my old buddy Taylor  eradicated the belly fat problem with the easy Paleo recipes it gives you.

    I'm considering in beginning the paleo diet. i'm fit as a fiddle physically and i am 25 years of age. yet i generally had elevated cholesterol (presumably hereditary as my father and granddad had it) so i am simply pondering whether this kind of consuming will expand my LDL which is really high (around 240 units) or really help in bringing down ir or in any event settling it. Any criticism would be increased in value. Thank you!
