    how can people eat clean all the time? you don t need to go low carb shit to lose fat..you can still eat foods that you like but in moderation..the most important thing is calories in vs calories out ..i tryed this low carb and i felt like shit.. and sometimes i binge eating..you can still get fat as fuck if you eat "healthy" just by eating more calories than you burn. you don t like to eat pasta, potatoes, chocolate? who don t like it must be sick ore something

    Brad, i tried the first paleo thx to Your chelange a year ago.
    Im still doing month on strick paleo – when im doing cuting, or when i wish to clean the system.
    I feel no need to live paleo 365d a year, as i do a plenty of cardio and crossfit – and i love taste of bad food 😉 But for sure its best diet ever.

    I've done stupid things; I've eaten 500 cals a day, I've eaten "low fat" "healthy" foods, I've counted calories. generally wmy weight would yoyo and the only thing that ever worked for me was paleo. It's sustainable as I was full after eating and my veg intake went up by 90%. I crossfit 4 days a week and I didn't notice a negative impact on my performance. I just continued to improve with lifting like always but I was feeling better in general as well. 

    It makes sence to me. Eat how your bodies evolved to.

    I do for the most part.  The bulk of my diet is Paleo, with the philosophy of earning your carbs and the right carbs at the right time.  I eat all kinds of diets though.  Being tied to one diet I feel can limit the body of variety.  So mostly Paleo, but I mix in other foods as well.  Gotta keep variety in your fitness and diet.  Keep the body guessing.  Thanks for the vid.

    Not done paleo yet and to be honest not sure if I could do it 100% of the time. I eat clean about 80% of the time now so I will likely do the same with paleo. I have purchased your cookbook so that will be my guide.

    I did try paleo for a month. I think I did it wrong. I ate waayyy too low on carbs and that made me very irritable. I felt a lot better once I added back in some healthy, unprocessed, natural carbs, like fruits and starchy veg.  I also had trouble with the high meats and fats in paleo because of my health history and I feel better keeping those kinda low in my diet.

    When I started paleo it took me a couple weeks before I started feeling the benefits from it! To be honest I don't actually know why I stopped paleo I was so lean on it! Probably because I was eating the same foods over n over!

    vegetables, greens and fruits are alkaline food. But meat, fish, eggs and dairy are acidic food. And, a lot of protein can cause problems with the liver, because it has to remove metabolic by-products of protein (such as ammonia)
