    Hi, i have 04 questions…

    1. Can i totally remove SALT…. will there be a side effect if we don't have sodium in our body? Can the sodium in fish and shellfish be enough in Paleo Diet..?

    2. How about spices like garlic, onion, ginger, pepper and the powder spices like turmeric, cinnamon, curry… are these spices allowed in Paleo Diet?

    3. I am drinking water with honey and apple cider vinegar every morning when i wake up one hour before i took my breakfast… Do honey and apple cider vinegar allowed in Paleo diet?

    4. Since Paleo diet is high in meat and egg, will this diet be safe to old people aged 50 and above. Will it not increase their cholesterol level and their blood pressure??? or Paleo diet is only for young people aged 30 below…?

Thank you for posting. I foolishly downloaded some cook books thinking I could lose weight. I didn't know what it was. Thank you!!!!!! I subscribed this made sense to me and I didn't even understand how to pronounce it. Thanks! I am going shopping Tuesday. I will have a better idea what to buy now. Oh and you're right about the whole dairy thing goes I try to exp!ain it sometimes myself. Lol keep up the good work. Does it work with lack of exercises? The cavemen didn't have couches or TV. And I'm disabled. Not diabetic cerebral palsy with a walker. Thanks!! Your new subscriber Lisa. Keep up the good work.:)

Ugh this bothers me so much!! I mean eat what you want and such, but do research. This video is full of fallacies. Burning fat and burning proteins via starvation from lack of carbs causes your body to go into ketosis. This is not a good state to be in. As long as you're eating other food yes it'll be fine, but your body will be in pro-burn not pro-storage, which can lead to issues down that line. Just workout jezuz

Been hearing this from a lot of people. Don't eat grains. Wheat, barley, rye and oats.  One guy said eliminate these for a month. Then eat some bread, pancakes, bagel etc…. Then see what happens. I plan on trying this.

so eating paleo is basically low carb… with a bit of caveman/appeal to nature thrown in for good measure.

feels allot like a re-branding of recent diet trends that have come of the boil

For breakfast I always eat omelette with bread, and for dinner tuna (or
something else) with bread. It's hard for me to find something to
replace the bread with, because I can't eat it alone. Just like when I
eat lunch, what do I replace the rice or potato with?
