    My partner and i finished looking up this diet plan and it is without a doubt the only way to go about losing weight successfully. ”sowo amazing plan” google it if you don’t believe me. You can drop weight like I did which is 13 pounds already.

    Diet Plan called Fenoboci Diet Plan kept showing up here on a lot of videos and I thought they were scams. However after my cousin follow it, and finally lost crazy amounts of weight with it without starving herself. I'm persuaded. Don't take my own word for it, search for Fenoboci Diet Plan on google.

    I do the paleo diet at a 85% to 95%. It works for me, and do minimal eating of processed foods. I started about 16 months ago and started it gradually (1 month to get rid of the food I ate before). Also I am gluten intolerant. I do follow Arthur de Vany exercises.

    I really enjoyed this video! I am 3 weeks into a paleo cross fit challenge and I feel really good about it thus far. I am not really missing anything healthy for me, just sugary desserts since I have a sweet tooth. I have been able to curb this with paleo treats made mostly of dates. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and realistic. I really appreciated his point of view and the common sense information he provided.

    GO VEGAN — "these are happy healthy animals" If you're so concerned with the animals then why don't you just stop eating them all together? It's completely normal and natural to have these feelings, it's not human nature to kill we are compassionate beings! Go to the grocery store and look at the produce then look at the meat section. Do you look at the raw blood soaked shredded animal carcus (meat) and say yummmm I could just eat this right here right now. NO WAY. But when you look at the fruit you just want to grab it and eat it right there, at least I do anyway. That's because vegan foods are NORMAL and NATURAL to our physiology. The consumption of animal products is not necessary for human survival and is actually worsening American health and the obesity epidemic, watch "Forks over Knives" documentary on Netflix.     There are several components to weight reduction – exercise, diet, motivation etc.
    But I think the key one is actually making the food you eat interesting so you wont be attracted to keep having other snacks as well. One resource I discovered that achieves this is the Paleo Secret Blueprint (google it if you're interested) without a doubt the most incredible paleo ideas that I've seen. Check out all the pics and extraordinary ideas.

    My whole question with the paleo aversion to milk is, what is so bizarre about Ugg (or whatever your paleo ancestor's name is) seeing an bovine ancestor's offspring drinking from the teat and saying "Hmm, it grows over time and only seems to drink from that. What's in there? I'm gonna have to try that."
