A Vegetarian Plant Based Diet is Similar to many Ancestral Native American Diet



This diet is called the Three Sisters. Based on Corn Beans and Squash. The PCRM reintroduced this diet to members of the Native American community by offering an eight week course called The Power to Heal for Life. Many who attended the course and implemented the diet in their daily lives experienced many positive benefits, Such as weight loss,being able to take less medication and in some cases the reversal of diabetes and other illnesses. Very valuable information on health and the role of a plant based vegetarian/vegan diet in disease prevention.
